Umar is a qualified Solicitor and Communications Specialist who regularly advises politicians, corporations and other groups around Inclusion and Diversity and Wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. In addition Umar is able to provide insight into what is happening on the ground from a real perspective and has appeared on platforms such as the BBC, ITV, Sky News, Guardian, Independent newspapers to provide such views.
