Tostones & Mojo sauce:
Green Plantain
Fresh Garlic
Oil
Salt
Fresh Lime juice

Pork marinade:
Black pepper
Cumin
Oregano
Lime juice (2 cups)
Fresh garlic

Slow cook pork
